Visitors

Visitors of the site can access and view the contents and all publicly available pages of the websites without signup or login. We do not store personal information about visitors. As members of the PublicBI site you are able to login with Facebook or Google credentials. If you choose to use PublicBI local credentials to login then you agree that you will choose a strong and secure password, and that it is your responsibility to keep your password secure and confidential.
You are aware that you will be responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close your account or report misuse of your account to us.
Do not misuse your account and do not use anyone else's account.
Only real natural persons are permitted to create accounts. Accounts has to be created manually. No automated process should be used to create accounts.

Content

PublicBI websites contains own content, and also links to other websites that are not owned or maintained by PublicBI UG. PublicBI will continuously strive to provide reliable and valid content however for content that is beyond our control we cannot guarantee the validity, completeness or correctness. Even though we provide links to third party sites or list a certain blog, training institute, events, forums, companies, people, etc. it should not be considered that we endorse any of those unless we specifically mention that we are endorsing them.

Your Content

Please make sure that you do not send us emails / posts with viruses or worms. Your email, comment or post should be related to the topic. Do not email or post any content that may offend any section of the population worldwide. Any posts, email or comments that are irrelevant or racist or unprofessional in nature will be deleted without notice. The information you submit to us must be valid, true and should not infringe any third party rights.

Personal Data

Please be very careful before disclosing your personal information to third parties. Be aware that we are not responsible for the treatment of the data by third parties. We recommend that you share only as minimum information as possible and point third parties. PublicBI does not guarantee that the services offered on its websites are available at all times even though we strive to keep it up and running 24/7/365. Interruptions may occur during upgrades and updates. Services should be used on as-is basis.

Caution

You should be vary of any phishing filter, spam mails, email soliciting, and exchange of money. PublicBI does not charge any fee to general users (just visitors) of the platform.
